European Voluntary Service (EVS)

EVS is a program for young people (at the age) of 18-30 years, who are ready to do voluntary work in a European country in various fields (culture, youth, children, sports, animals, development & cooperation, environment). Volunteers receive free accommodation, insurance, food and pocket money during their placements. At the end of the EVS, volunteers receive the Youth Pass, confirming participation and describing the project and acquired skills and knowledge.

AYR is accredited by the international Erasmus exchange program and it welcomed the first international volunteers in 2014. Volunteers participate in various programs for Roma inclusion, empowerment and skill development education. By the EVS program, the association aims to build a bridge between Roma and non-Roma, Slovak and other European youth (groups).
